Children aged 12 to 18 years old who are not able to speak Dutch will be placed in an international bridge class in Internationale Schakel Klas shortened as ISK. The ISK provides full-time education and its main task is to transfer the pupils to regular Dutch-speaking classes.
In Amstelveen there are two ISK schools:
Panta Rhei for children between 12 and 16 years old
Nova College for children aged 16 and over.
